The Culinarium Alpinum, which was gently renovated in 2020, was opened in the former Capuchin monastery. Here, the focus is on the culinary heritage of the Alps. In the former refectory, now the restaurant, the regional credibility is in the foreground and it is worked with authentic and genuine regional products from Central Switzerland, preferably from organic farming, enhanced with products Switzerland. It has 14 simple, stylishly furnished rooms with box spring beds (double or separate), private bathroom with shower. Parking is available directly in the courtyard. Other attractions include the Alpsbrinz cellar, the monastery store with regional products and the "Edible Landscape". Here visitors discover 250 old and new varieties of fruit and berries.
